Low Price, High Performance Smartphone
Samsung Electronics has taken the wrap off the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6 + with infinite display design as it plans to release the two models sequentially in the global market beginning early May.
According to Samsung Electronics on May 2, the Galaxy A6 (5.6 inches) and Galaxy A6 + (6.0 inches) feature 18.5 to 9 infinite display design which maximizes immersion effects and minimizes its bezel and enable people to use the two models with one hand.
In particular, coupled with earphones or headphones, the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ can support Dolby Atmos, a three-dimensional stereo sound technology that provides a different level of entertainment experiences with cool wide screens. The two models are loaded with front cameras with 16 million pixels and 24 million pixels respectively and F1.9 lenses and support 'Selfie Flash' which can adjust brightness in three levels using display light as a light source.
The Galaxy A6+ has a dual camera on the back which maximizes the fun of taking portraits of people. A user can adjust the bokeh effects that smoothly blur the background of an object while watching the image directly, and the shapes of light bulbs can be changed into various forms such as hearts and stars.
The Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ enhance usability by supporting functions and services provided by the Galaxy premium smartphone line-up. In addition to unlocking your smartphone with face recognition, you can use the Bixby service that offers more information after recognizing texts (translation and exchange rates), food, make-ups through the camera. You can also use the App Pair Service which can execute two apps at the same time and the Samsung Cloud Service that can back up data and images. The models will come in four colors -- blue, black, lavender and gold.
