Samsung Electronics’ Curved Monitor Wins Eye Comfort Award

Samsung Electronics announced on Jan. 21 that its curved SE790C (model name: S34E790CS) monitor has been validated by TÜV Rheinland, a leading international certification organization in Germany.

Now, with this validation, one could say that the superior eye comfort capabilities of Samsung Electronics's new curved monitor has officially been recognized by the whole world.

TÜV Rheinland said that the Samsung SE790C features a prime screen ratio of a 21:9, which is better than other curved monitors. Also, its curvature of 3000R provides the least eye strain and most comfort for a viewer looking at it.
