Gets a Perfect Score in Governance Transparency
Coway, the No. 1 player in the Korean rental industry, achieved a perfect score in governance transparency in an evaluation of Korea’s top 500 companies released by CEO Score on May 20.
CEO Score, a corporate evaluation site, assessed the top 500 domestic companies in eight categories -- fast growth, investment, job creation, global competitiveness, sound management, governance transparency, gender equality and social contribution. Coway scored 100 points in the governance transparency category.
Coway recorded near-perfect results in fast growth (91.3), job creation (98.8) and gender equality (99.6). It ranked second only to Youngwon Trade in gender equality and fourth in job creation among the top 500 companies. Besides, it scored relatively high points in the investment (86.4) and sound management (88.0) categories.
Coway has been selected as a family-friendly company by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for four years in a row including 2021.
