SpaceT, Genstarmate, Avison Young Korea, and DDB Korea signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on April 6 to promote a personal air vehicle (PAV) ride-sharing platform service.

The four companies are promoting a service that provides consumers with the ability to check the location of a drone, use it as a transport and even share a ride with one another. It is a proactive approach to prepare for the future where both manned and unmanned drones and freight drones are commercialized.

In 2023, the global drone market is expected to grow to more than 100 trillion won. To preoccupy this market, SpaceT plans to start up more than 100,000 drone sharing services in major Asia cities by 2030 and operate more than 10,000 drone vertiports.

SpaceT has joined hand with the three partners to preoccupy the PAV ride-sharing platform service market. Genstartmate is Korea’s largest commercial real estate service company, while Avison Young Korea is the world’s fastest-growing global commercial real-estate consulting company;. DDB Korea can support marketing activities in Asian markets based on their global network.

SpaceT’s AI-based autopilot system will be used for the envisioned PAV ride-sharing platform service. This system enables the service provider to remotely identify the customer by face recognition and allows the customers to easily reserve a flight and safely travel from one point to another.

SpaceT will pioneer the future aerial lifestyle by utilizing its autopilot system and strengthening cooperation with new partners.
