Demand Forecasting Slated for April 5

SK Hynix plans to raise up to 1.2 trillion won by issuing bonds in early April.

SK Hynix is planning to issue bonds worth up to 1.2 trillion won in early April.

SK Hynix is planning to gauge demand on April 5 to issue 600 billion won worth of bonds. If demand for its bonds is strong, the company will increase the sale volume to as high as 1.2 trillion won.

The bonds will have maturities of three, five, seven and 10 years, and the expected issuance date is April 13. NH Investment & Securities, Mirae Asset Daewoo and SK Securities will serve as the lead managers.

SK Hynix has a high credit rating of AA0. Industry analysts say SK Hynix will be able to meet its fundraising target without difficulty as the company has ample liquidity and a high credit rating.
