Regarding LTE-compliant Cellular Devices
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced on March 2 (local time) that it will investigate a patent infringement complaint filed against Samsung Electronics and Motorola Mobility regarding some LTE-compliant cellular communication devices.
The complaint was filed by Texas-based Evolved Wireless on Feb. 1, which claimed that Samsung Electronics and Motorola Mobility violated its patent.
The ITC said it will make a final determination in the investigation at the earliest practicable time. It will set a target date for completing the investigation within 45 days after its launch.
