Samsung Group placed 5th in the Brand Finance Global 500 Rankings for 2021.

Samsung Group's brand value is ranked fifth in the world, the highest among Asian companies.


In the Brand Finance Global 500 Rankings in 2021 released on Jan. 26 (local time), Samsung Group maintained 5th place as in 2020 with its brand value estimated at US$102,623 million.

Apple outclassed Amazon to return to the top spot in five years. Apple's brand value stood at US$263.4 billion, followed by Amazon (US$254.2 billion), Google (US$191.2 billion), and Microsoft (US$140.4 billion).


Korean companies that made the top 500 included Hyundai Motor Group coming in at 70th, SK Group 78th, LG Group 92nd, Kia Motors 379th, and KB Financial Group 419th.
