Amorepacific Group has declared its will to overcome the crisis by adopting "Winning Together" as its 2021 management slogan.

Amorepacific Group held a ceremony to kick off the New Year on the morning of Jan. 4. This year, the ceremony was broadcast live through an online channel. "Now is the right time to change our perceptions in responding to changes in customers’ preferences and distribution channels," Seo said in a video message. "We need to go back to the basics to focus on customers, accurately understand changes in their preferences, and apply the outcomes to our business activities."

In 2021, Amorepacific Group will focus on three key goals -- strong brand, digital transformation, and business revamping and innovation -- under the new management slogan of “Winning Together.”

The group plans to focus on promoting “engine products” based on each brand’s unique value and the spirit of the times. This strategy is aimed at giving each brand unrivaled competitiveness.

The group is also speeding up digital transformation. It will seek timely communications with customers by developing content optimized for each platform. At the same time, it plans to gain a competitive edge in the digital age by thoroughly reviewing the way it works.

It will also push to improve its profit and loss structure by slashing unnecessary costs and eradicating inefficiency and set up a new success model by bringing innovation to offline stores.

In 2021, Amorepacific Group will explore a new future with an enterprising spirit as a leading Asian beauty creator and make 2021 a year when everyone at the group tastes the sweetness of success, said a group official.
