To Promote LG Brand in Poland
LG Group has installed an outdoor advertisement at Oxford Tower, a skyscraper located in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. The outdoor ad, which is installed at the top of the 42-story skyscraper, is 26.4 meters wide and four meters long. The ad copy reads "Future Is Here" along with the LG Group logo.
LG Group currently operates two production plants in Poland -- LG Electronics’ OLED TV production plant in Mlawa and LG Chem's battery production plant in Wroclaw. Poland is the group’s production hub in Europe.
"The Warsaw Central Station area is a transportation hub with the average daily foot traffic of about one million. We expect the ad to effectively promote the LG brand among people passing by," an LG official said.
LG Group is also planning to run outdoor ads in Wroclaw where LG Chem's battery production plant is located.
The group is spearheading global marketing campaigns to promote the LG brand with outdoor ads in landmarks in major cities around the world including Piccadilly Circus Square in London and Suntec City, Singapore's largest shopping mall.
