A New Sales Channel for Foods and Daily Necessities

Online merchants are gaining a new channel for selling foods and daily necessities.

Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced on May 13 that the company’s Multimarket Management service is adding Emart Mall as a new sales channel.

Emart Mall is one of the biggest online marketplaces in Korea that offers everything from fresh produce, processed foods, and daily necessities to home appliances and fashion. The new integration will allow Cafe24 merchants with expertise in foods, health supplements, and other specific categories to conveniently implement a new sales channel and grow their business.

Cafe24’s Multimarket Management service enables merchants to list their products on online marketplaces, social commerce, fashion select shops, and more websites with a single click of a button. Merchants can also keep track of orders, shipping, customer inquiries, and more on a single admin page. The service is free for all Cafe24 merchants.

Lee Jae-suk, CEO of Cafe24, said, “Online demands for daily necessities and health foods are on the rise due to the popularization of the contactless economy.” He added, “Cafe24 will continue to add new sales channels to help merchants grow their business.”

Meanwhile, Cafe24 added SSG.com to its list of sales channels in June of last year.
