Lotte E&C announced on May 6 that it has landed the SND Star Lake Project worth 350 billion won to build a six-star hotel in Star Lake City near Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, on April 24. This project was ordered by Sunkyung E&C Group which has the record of carrying out the largest distribution center project in Korea.

The project will build the 164-meter-tall edifice with 4 basement floors, 40 floors above ground and a total area of 215,099 square meters. The building will have complex facilities such as a six-star hotel with 333 rooms, a serviced residence with 317 rooms, offices, and stores. Lotte E&C is expected to break ground in October in 2020. The project will take about 40 months to complete.

In particular, Lotte E&C expects the building to become a new landmark in Hanoi after the completion of a six-story sky bridge with a pool connecting the tops of two buildings.

Lotte E&C is currently carrying out the Lotte Mall Hanoi Project in Hanoi and the Lotte Eco-smart City Project in Ho Chi Minh City. Previously, the builder completed Lotte Center Hanoi.
