KT&G announced on May 6 that it has provided the Indonesian government with COVID-19 diagnostic kits worth 100 million won.

Indonesia is in short supply of basic medical equipment such as diagnostic kits and protective clothing due to the rapid spread of the epidemic. Accordingly, KT&G secured diagnostic kits in Korea in April and sent them to Indonesia to help the Indonesian people.

On May 5, KT&G Indonesia delivered them directly to the National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB) in Indonesia.

The goods donated by KT&G are internationally recognized COVID-19 diagnostic kits made in Korea, which can test 6,300 people for virus infections. They will be immediately supplied to Indonesian medical sites in order to prevent the spread of the plague.
