Seeking to Export Anti-slip Ladders to Europe

COMITIA, an in-house venture startup of Korea Midland Power (KOMIPO), has succeeded in exporting a product it has developed.


KOMIPO announced on April 16 that COMITIA exported a ladder slip prevention device to Wampu Hydro Electric Power Plant and Cirebon Coal-Fired Power Plant in Indonesia.

The ladder developed by COMITIA has square anti-slip devices installed on the slippery cylindrical rods of ladders.

KOMIPO and COMITIA signed an export contract with Wampu Hydro Electric Power Plant and Cirebon Coal-Fired Power Plant in Indonesia in February. The products are now on their way to Indonesia.

KOMIPO and COMITIA are also preparing to hold demonstration sessions for the product in Europe including the Czech Republic and Hungary.
