On November 19, PSY posted a photo saying, “We gotta laugh like this guy” on his Twitter.
In the picture, Steven Tyler was making the same facial expression PSY made on the cover of a magazine.
The magazine Steven is holding is an October issue of the Italian Vogue, with PSY as the main cover model.
