Bereum, a pioneering force in postbiotic, has recently inked a strategic collaboration with Hyundai Corporation Group to venture into the North American market. The contract, valued at $10 million, marks a significant milestone in the company's journey, positioning it as the sole domestic competitor to Japan in the burgeoning next-generation postbiotics sector.

With an aim for global export, leveraging its esteemed technological capabilities, Bereum has partnered with NURA, a prominent U.S. distributor specializing in food ingredients. The contract entails a minimum purchase quantity (MOQ) of $10 million (approximately 130 billion KRW) over the course of three years.

In a concerted effort to bolster its presence in North America, Bereum, in conjunction with NURA, participated in the Natural Foods Expo West held in Anaheim, USA, from March 14th to 16th. This platform served as an avenue to introduce Bereum's groundbreaking postbiotic solutions to the discerning U.S. market.

Postbiotic, heralded as the next-generation probiotics, addresses the limitations of conventional probiotics by enhancing heat resistance, thereby widening its applicability across various industries spanning F&B, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. With its acclaimed benefits including intestinal health and immune regulation, postbiotic has emerged as a transformative force in the probiotics landscape.

Bereum has also made significant strides in exporting to Southeast Asia, Central and South America, including Malaysia.

The recent foray into the U.S. market, facilitated by Hyundai Corporation Group, underscores Bereum's burgeoning global footprint. This contract signifies the inaugural step in establishing Bereum's technological prowess in the pivotal U.S. probiotics market, laying the groundwork for future endeavors.
