On Jan. 22, Hanwha Vision announced the launch of the X-Series network video recorders (NVRs) that satisfies the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and offers outstanding performance including the highest level of security and safety.
The X-Series NVRs are three models: a 64-channel model (XRN-6420B4), a 32-channel model (XRN-3220B4), and a 64-channel model with dual SMPS (XRN-6420DB4). They are equipped with 12th-generation Intel processors and provide enhanced cyber security features through trusted platform module (TPM) technology.
They also provide storage space of up to 160 TB (10 TB per SATA HDD) and enable seamless video with bandwidths of 520 Mbps and 200 Mbps for recording and playback, respectively. In particular, their dual HDMI video output and the ability to play all channels on a local monitor simultaneously enhance user experiences. They also support RAID5 and RAID6 for data multiplexing and further enhanced security.
X Series NVRs are also easy to install. A one-click setup simplifies initial configuration, reducing the time and effort required for installation, and the camera grouping function enables the efficient management of multiple cameras, improving overall monitoring experiences.
Wisenet Viewer QR code scanning also provides easy mobile access. Unique to Hanwha Vision, the Camera Setting Palette feature provides pre-set environments for nine scenarios -- highways, shopping malls, stations, houses, warehouses, retail shops, neighborhoods, emergency exits, and data centers.
Other features include dynamic layouts, virtual channels, and a built-in browser for an instant and intuitive camera setup to help streamline operations, while point-of-sale (POS) integrated event management and text searches simplify tracking and analyses.
When combined with Hanwha Vision’s artificial intelligence (AI) cameras, the X-Series NVRs can classify people and vehicles based on gender, age, hats and caps, bags, clothing colors, vehicle types, vehicle colors, and more by utilizing AI searches.
