Top executives from major South Korean conglomerates are set to make a strong presence at “CES 2024,” the world’s largest Information Technology (IT) and consumer electronics expo to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the U.S. next month.

According to business sources on Dec. 25, key executives from major South Korean conglomerates, including SK, Hyundai Motor, HD Hyundai, Doosan, LS, and others are set to participate in CES 2024 scheduled to take place in Las Vegas from Jan. 9 to 12 next year (local time). The theme for this year’s CES is “ALL TOGETHER, ALL ON.”

Participating in the CES 2024 will be SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Eui-sun, HD Hyundai Vice Chairman Chung Ki-sun, LS Group Chairman Koo Ja-eun, and Doosan Group Chairman Park Jeong-won.

As of now, however, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo do not have plans to attend CES.

These corporate leaders, along with the CEOs of major affiliated companies, plan to showcase new technologies and products at the CES, examining the technological trends of competing firms and expanding their global networks.
