"NPCore," a specialized artificial intelligence-based cybersecurity solutions company led by CEO Han Seung Chul, has been awarded the "Top Exporter of One Million Dollars" by the Korea International Trade Association. The company has continuously challenged itself to expand into overseas markets, with a focus on the ASEAN market. This achievement was announced today at the '2023 Trade Day' event held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu. Despite significant challenges in international market expansion during the COVID-19 pandemic, NPCore's success is meaningful as it recognizes the company's contributions to increasing exports by successfully pioneering overseas markets based on its outstanding domestic capital and technological capabilities.

According to the 'Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI)' provided by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United States, Israel, the United Kingdom, Russia, and China are leading the global cybersecurity market. For Korean cybersecurity companies, entering emerging markets poses challenges as they must compete directly with global cybersecurity firms possessing substantial capital and human resources, making international market expansion a formidable task.

The 'ZombieZero Series' by NPCore is a product designed to detect and automatically respond to Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and malicious code attacks in real-time. It has gained credibility through recognition by the Public Procurement Service (G-PASS) and holds a total of 15 patents both domestically and internationally. Currently, they are expanding the references of XDR (Extended Detection and Response) and plan to enter full-scale business operations starting next year.

NPCore's CEO Han Seung Chul emphasized the challenges of entering foreign markets and stressed the importance of customizing business models and building partnerships on a country-by-country basis. He expressed the need for a consistent long-term vision and stated that they plan to focus on product upgrades, developing essential new products, and enhancing product quality in the market while pursuing sustainable revenue growth in their overseas business model in the future.
