Pernod Ricard Korea is delighted to announce that Champagne Perrier-Jouët, which transforms nature into art, has launched its new global campaign "Fill your world with wonder " and entered into a partnership with French actress and director Mélanie Laurent.

Since its inception, Perrier-Jouët has consistently emphasized the symbiotic relationship with nature. Pierre-Nicolas Perrier, the founder of Perrier-Jouët and a botanist, believed in preserving the natural environment of the Maison to maintain the finest quality of champagne.

Through this campaign, Perrier-Jouët aims to talk about how humans and nature are one and how we can prosper alongside the Earth. The newly launched global campaign, “Fill your world with wonder” draws inspiration from the flower and its essential role in relationships within the ecosystem. It underscores that the flower and all other plant and animal species – we are part of nature, not apart from it.

In conjunction with the launch of the global campaign, Perrier-Jouët has partnered with French actress and director Mélanie Laurent. From indie movies to blockbusters, she has made more than 50 films. Since 2011, she has also achieved success as a director in France and the US. Alongside her artistic career, Mélanie Laurent has devoted herself to environmental causes, using her platform to speak out and contributing to actions on the ground. The documentary “Tomorrow,” which she co-directed, won a prestigious César award for the best documentary film in 2016, and was screened at both the COP21 conference and the United Nations.

Mélanie Laurent’s career resonates with the two founding passions of Maison Perrier-Jouët: art and nature. Mélanie Laurent highlights practical and positive solutions that can contribute to change. From the production stage to the brand's identity "champagne that transforms nature to art," Perrier-Jouët implements policies such as the use of green energy, a zero-air transportation policy, and a zero-herbicide policy in the Perrier-Jouët vineyard in an effort to preserve the biodiversity of its terroir, the origin of the Maison.

As well as starring in the film directed by Show Yanagisawa, Mélanie Laurent will also be actively involved, as an Artisan of Change, in the House’s environmental initiatives to promote biodiversity. “I am delighted to be accompanying Maison Perrier-Jouët in conveying our shared vision of nature. We have the same commitment and the same drive for change, while also aiming to transmit something truly positive to future generations.”

Meanwhile, to celebrate the launch of the new campaign, Perrier-Jouët hosted a worldwide exclusive preview on October 20 in Tokyo, Japan, sharing its vision for a desirable future.
