Global lodging O2O company Yanolja (www.yanolja.com) attracted a total of 60 billion won (US$54 million) in investment from SkyLake Investment.

This large-scale investment was made solely by SkyLake. SkyLake is a leading private equity (PEF) manager in Korea led by former minister of information and communication Jin Dae-jae who had worked for Samsung before appointed as the minister. The company is professionally investing in information technology (IT) companies with high growth potential.

Yanolja intends to solidify its status as Korea's leading O2O company by attracting investment and take off as a global innovation service specialist. To this end, the Yanolja reservation system will be enhanced not only for mobile apps but also for the PC web, maximizing the ease of use, providing customized services and the largest benefits in the industry. Thus, Yanoja is expected to serving as a more advanced and general accommodation platform.
