Samsung SDS announced on Feb. 27 that it displayed its innovative artificial intelligence (AI) based chatbot retail system “Nexshop Training” at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017.

Employees at retail stores using Nexshop Training can receive advice from chatbots via voice or text on how to serve customers or keep up-to-date on the latest product details and promotions.

In addition to the training system, Nexshop consists of two other solutions – sales assistance system, which gives retail associates the latest details on products and provides inventory, sales and purchase history management systems via mobile devices, and marketing system, which provides customized marketing strategies by analyzing customers’ behavior patterns in the stores.

In addition, Samsung SDS introduced its mobile security tool for businesses based on Nexsign, using biometric information.

The solution improved the security with an interactive voice recognition feature as well as fingerprint. It also realized the integrated authentication feature that connect the business system of mobile devices and desktop computers.

In particular, the company exhibited the Tablet Branch which enables customers to ask about products, open accounts and make a contract through a tablet PC with the Nexsign authentication system without a visit. The system is expected to fundamentally change the concept of banking services.
