Air Seoul, a low-cost carrier owned by Asiana Airlines, announced that it has operated its first flight to Macau on October 22.

An official from Air Seoul said, “We have inaugurated our daily flights to Macau, which is a popular tourist destination among Korean, seven times a week. With the flights, we expect that more people can enjoy convenient trips.”

The budget airline, which has started to offer international flights on the 7th, plans to operate the flight routes to five Japanese cities – Takamatsu, Shizuoka, Hiroshima, Yonago and Toyama – and to two Southeast Asian regions – Siem Reap and Kota Kinabalu – this year after acquiring them from Asiana Airlines. In addition, Air Seoul has operated the flights to Nagasaki from the 18th and will start operating the flights to Ube from November 28. These are the new flight routes that Asiana Airlines have never operated.

Meanwhile, Air Seoul offers the service with new planes which are three years old on average. The company allows customers to have a pleasant trip with a spacious seat and enjoy videos and movies via a personal monitor in every seat.
