Samsung Electronics has decided to establish a global partnership with Thomson Reuters in business to business (B2B) mobile and printing solutions.

James C. Smith, president and chief executive officer of Thomson Reuters, met Samsung’s management, including its president Hong Won-pyo, at Samsung Digital City in Suwon on Oct. 16 to discuss comprehensive mobile content and B2B solutions.

The cooperation between the two companies will include the development of Samsung Electronics’ products and solutions through Thomson Reuters’ expertise and content in finance, securities, patents, law, accounting, and science.

Hong Won-pyo, president and chief marketing officer of Samsung Electronics, said, “The collaboration with Thomson Reuters gives us a unique opportunity to create the unrivaled user experiences that will improve B2B business efficiency.
