The news of a visit to Korea by an official from the UAE Royal Family Office (hereafter referred to as the UAE Royal Office), which has signed a business agreement with Aiitone, a KOSDAQ-listed company, is attracting attention from related industries.

Aiitone (CEO Jin Yeop Lee), a fintech specialist based on Web3.0, announced on the 14th that officials from the UAE royal office will visit Korea in September to make practical preparations for establishing an Asian corporation with Aiitone. In addition, they will have meetings with Korean lawmakers and domestic business officials.

The visits of the UAE Royal Office to Korea is aimed at enhancing cooperation with leading Korean companies in the Web 3.0 sector, including IT and block chain, and exploring diverse opportunities for collaboration across all business domains, such as energy and finance.

In particular, it plans to hold meetings with major domestic companies to identify industry trends and explore potential collaborations. In addition, the discussion is expected to cover the establishment of an Islamic bank in Korea, the establishment of an office for Asian investment by Arab capital, and the strengthening of cooperation in the field of block chain STO.

The UAE Royal Office plans enhance business cooperation between Korea and the UAE with the visit of UAE Prince to Korea. Meanwhile, the UAE Royal Office plans to collaborate with Aiitone, a company with expertise in block chain and STO technology, to develop a CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) in the UAE.

An official from the Royal Office stated, "This visit will involve meetings and discussions with Korean lawmakers. Through this, political cooperation between the two countries will be enhanced, and opinions on significant issues in the international community will be exchanged." In addition, he said, "We plan to hold a Korea-UAE Web 3.0 forum during the visit to discuss the possibility of cooperation related to fintech, such as block chain and STO."

"If a bank based on Islamic capital is established in Korea, it is expected that Korea will play a significant role in the Asian financial market and take the lead in promoting the Islamic finance sector in Asia," said the official. He also said, "By establishing offices in Asia, we will be able to bring innovative ideas to the financial industry, such as STO (token securities issuance) using block chain technology."

Middle East Investment and Aiitone's Principal, Bruce Jeong, expressed his expectations, stating, "We aim to pioneer new cooperation models and achieve sustainable development through activities such as the UAE Web3.0 forum and block chain STO."

Meanwhile, the industry is evaluating that the visit of the Royal Family Office to Korea will be an important opportunity to promote cooperation and exchanges in various fields between the two countries, as well as to advance collaboration plans in innovative areas such as block chain technology.
