LG Electronics CEO Cho Joo-wan held a press conference at LG Science Park in Magok, Seoul, on July 12.

He introduced strategies to discover new opportunities for creating customer value amid market trends and changes in the business environment, and turning them into tangible results.

Cho stated, “LG Electronics will not just remain a top appliance brand producing great products but will take on the bold challenge of transforming into a ‘smart life solution company’ that connects and expands various customer spaces and experiences through business model and method innovation.” He stressed that LG would reinvent its ways of working and communicating to create a new LG Electronics.

Furthermore, Cho revealed a strong commitment financially, stating, “By 2030, we will achieve the ‘Triple Seven,’ and raise our revenue from last year's 65 trillion won to 100 trillion won, firmly establishing ourselves as a company properly recognized by the market and customers.”
