S-OIL announced on July 10 that it ran a Korea-Arab Youth Exchange Program from July 3 to 8 under the auspices of the S-OIL Science and Culture Foundation.

This event was organized with the aim of fostering growth as global leaders through the mutual understanding of culture and history between Korea and Saudi Arabia and expanding global awareness. The S-OIL Science and Culture Foundation has continuously implemented projects to promote cultural exchanges between Korea and the Arab world. It has contributed to establishing an academic communication and global network foundation by organizing world scholar invitation workshops and developing cultural exchange programs with the Middle East.

The Korea-Arab Youth Exchange Program selected 14 university students from around the country who enjoy interacting with other cultures based on their interest in Arab culture and conducted the program in Saudi Arabia. The students visited the South Korean Embassy in Saudi Arabia amd Prince Sultan University, participated in special lectures, and experienced Saudi Arabia's unique culture and R&D infrastructure in Al Balad, a traditional market called Al Alawi, and the Aramco Research Center.
