Park Hyatt Busan, the epitome of a luxury hotel in Busan, has selected Roman Kardashov as its new general manager.

A Russian, Mr. Roman Kardashov, spent his school days in Hong Kong and gained valuable front-line experience as an F&B intern at Lindner Golf & Ski Hotel Rhodania in Crans Montana, Switzerland. Following this great opportunity, he earned a degree in Hotel Management at Les Roches Crans-Montana, a prestigious hospitality management university in the same region.

After graduating, he joined the Hyatt family in 2009 as a corporate trainee at Park Hyatt Dubai. He built his career and developed his capabilities in various food and beverage roles before moving to Park Hyatt Tokyo in 2013 as Manager of the restaurant New York Grill. In 2016, he moved to Grand Hyatt Tokyo as Assistant Director, then in 2017, based on his rich experience and warm leadership, he became F&B Director of Park Hyatt Seoul. He advanced to Executive Assistant Manager of F&B at Grand Hyatt Seoul in 2022. As he quickly established himself as a market leader and was recognized for his ability, he was appointed General Manager of Park Hyatt Busan on May 1, 2023, taking his first steps in this prominent role.
