Nongshim Baeksansoo received the Grand Gold Prize, the highest possible award, from the world-renowned Belgian Monde Selection in recognition of its quality and excellence.
Monde Selection is a consumer goods quality evaluation institute founded in Belgium in 1961. It verifies the quality of products in various categories such as alcohol, food, cosmetics, and household goods, and gives awards to excellent products. It is known that the judging panel, which consists of about 80 prestigious experts such as scientists, experts, nutrition consultants, sommeliers and chefs, selects award-winning products through a strict four-month-long screening process.
Bottled water is reviewed with a focus on items such as taste, smell, visual evaluation, and packaging and ingredient analysis.
The judges evaluated Baeksansoo as “highly thirst-quenching water” and “crystal-clear and highly pure water.”
