LS Mtron tractors ranked first in a dealer’s satisfaction evaluation in the North American region, the largest market of the agricultural machinery industry.

On April 27, LS Mtron, an affiliate of LS Group specializing in industrial machinery and state-of-the-art components, announced that it topped the list in the tractor sector in a dealer’s satisfaction evaluation conducted by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) with 115 years of history and the top authorities, and won the “2015 NAEDA Dealer’s Choice Award.”

In February, 6,600 dealers throughout North America participated in the evaluation and marked the 12 sections, including overall satisfaction, quality, technical assistance, product warranty, and marketing support, on a scale of one (very dissatisfied) to seven (very satisfied). LS Mtron took first place in 11 sections in the tractor sector.

In the overall satisfaction, LS Mtron was awarded 6.21 points where the average score was 5.49, overtaking Japan’s largest farm machinery maker Kubota with 5.9 points. Also, the company outdid the world’s largest industrial machinery manufacturers by a large margin, such as John Deere with 5.5 points, Case with 4.86 points, and AGCO with 4.55 points. In particular, LS Mtron received 6.02 points in the product lineup and 6.24 points in the parts supply sections, in which dealers valued the most. It was the only tractor company to get the level of 6 points (satisfied) in these sections.

Derek Johannes, president of the tractor division at LS Mtron USA, said, “With world-class quality security, the ergonomic design for customer convenience, and the quick and systematic parts and service support, we have won trust from North American dealers and customers in a short time after the company established its corporation in the U.S. in 2009. Along with the compact tractor with an eco-friendly engine of 30 to 40 horsepower, we will become one of top 5 leaders in the North American tractor market in 2018.”
