British Company Content Media to be Listed on KOSDAQ

Content Media Corporation CEO John Schmidt said on March 18 that his company is planning to be listed on KOSDAQ within this year to become the first British company to do so and to better expand its business in Asia.

Content Media recently purchased the broadcasting rights to the Korean TV program Grandpas over Flowers to sell worldwide. The company had been listed on AIM in 1998 but volunteered to be delisted in 2012. 

“Korea is a perfect place to do the entertainment business,” the CEO said, adding, “We are now trying to set foot in the Asian market, and we determined that Korea would make an excellent starting point.”
