KHNP Invites Journalists from Czech Republic and Poland

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) will invite journalists from the Czech Republic and Poland to Korea in an effort to promote the excellence of the Korean nuclear power industry. The Czech Republic and Poland are promoting the construction of new nuclear power plants, and KHNP is seeking to win those projects. 

Journalists from the Czech Republic visited South Korea for a week from June 19 to 25, while those from Poland are visiting Korea from June 26 to July 1. The Czecho press group visited the headquarters of KHNP, Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters, KEPCO Nuclear Fuel, Doosan Enerbility, the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, the Korea Radioactive Waste Agency and the KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School.

In addition to visiting nuclear power-related corporations and organizations in Korea, the journalists met with Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Lee Chang-yang on June 24 to learn more about the Korean government's support system for nuclear power plant exports.
