Hyundai-Kia will strengthen its strategy to target the European automobile market with their main SUV and strategic models. At the 85th Geneva International Motor Show being held in Geneva Palexpo, Switzerland from Mar. 3, Hyundai-Kia unveiled the all-new Tucson and the cee'd GT line. 

The company showcased a total of 16 vehicles, including new strategic models for Europe, the i20 coupe, the i30, the ix20, the all-new Tucson 48V Hybrid, and the Diesel PHEV Show Car. 

Beginning in Korea this month, the all-new Tucson will be available in the European and U.S. markets in the second half of this year. The Tucson diesel model for Europe has focused on minimizing exhaust emissions and improving efficiency. The maximum horsepower is 115 hp. The model features engine choices of a 1.7 liter U2 diesel and a 2.0 liter R diesel with maximum torque of 28.6 kg/m. Hyundai Motor is planning to manufacture the new European model of the Tucson in Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech (HMMC) and be flexible in dealing with the European market. 

Kia Motors has debuted the new Sportspace concept car and the cee'd GT Line, which focuses on the dynamics of the European strategic model cee'd. 

The Sportspace is a high-performance grand touring vehicle that strengthens its power performance and space occupancy. This is the 11th concept car developed by Kia Motors' Europe Design Center in Frankfurt, Germany. It features a 1.7-liter diesel engine, a small electric motor, and the T-Hybrid System consisting of a 48-volt battery and converter.  

The KIA cee'd GT Line will go on sale in the second half of this year. The model has improved power performance, featuring a 1.0 liter T-GDi engine and a 1.6 liter diesel engine as well as a new 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission.
