LG Electronics is participating in the ACREX 2015, the largest exhibition about air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and building services being held in Bengaluru, India from Feb. 26 (local time), targeting the system air conditioner market in India.

LG Electronics unveiled various products, including the Multi V 4, which minimizes the corrosion of outdoor units, and the Multi V Water 4 Shell & Coil, which implements stable performance in cooling and heating regardless of the outside temperature.

Mounted with a high efficiency inverter compressor, the Multi V 4 raises energy efficiency by about 20 percent from existing models, and has the highest energy efficiency of COP 4.79 among the system air conditioners being sold in India.

The model has a heat exchanger dubbed the “Ocean Black Fin,” with a coating that prevents aluminum corrosion and water drops forming from external environmental changes.

Unlike general outdoor air conditioners, which don’t perform well when the outside temperature is too high, the Multi V Water 4 Shell & Coil can provide stable cooling and heating since it is unaffected by the outside temperature, cooling down the compressor with coolant.

The Multi V S takes up 50 percent less space compared with existing products, so it is suitable for small spaces.
