Mango-themed Refreshments and Drinks

The “Mango Afternoon Tea Set”

Park Hyatt Busan’s Lounge presents a range of seasonal mango-themed refreshments and drinks - “Mango Afternoon Tea Set,” “Mango Festival” and “Apple Mango Bingsu.” The mango, rich in vitamins and features a sweet taste, soft texture and vibrant color, will rejuvenate you during the drowsy late spring and early summer when the weather is hotter.

First, the “Mango Afternoon Tea Set” consists of warm homemade scones with clotted cream, butter and strawberry jam, desserts featuring cute and lovely visuals, and savory items made with high-quality ingredients. Desserts include a sweet and crispy mango tart, a soft mango roll cake, a mango mousse with coconut jelly, a mango pavlova with thick meringue topped with mango, and a mango cookie choux wearing a flower-shaped hat made of mango mousse and chocolate. Savory items include a scallop panna cotta with mango and balsamic sauce, a brioche with lobster and caviar, a smoked salmon open sandwich with mango salsa, and a profiterole with beef, mango chutney and truffle-flavored mushroom powder. You can also enjoy two cups of premium coffee or tea.

The “Mango Afternoon Tea Set” is available from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Prices start from 90,000 won for two (including tax).

The “Mango Festival”

Also, the “Mango Festival” offers four kinds of mango beverages: sweet and refreshing “Mango & Cranberry Yogurt”, “Mango Cream Latte” and “Mango Virgin Mojito” – both using apple mango tea – and “Mango Gin Fizz” based on gin with a great balance of mango taste and peach flavor. You can experience even more mango flavor when you try the “Mango Afternoon Tea Set” with “Mango Cream Latte” or “Mango Virgin Mojito”.

The “Apple Mango Bingsu”

In addition, the “Apple Mango Bingsu,” with a heaping bowl of mango ice topped with juicy apple mango and finished with Chantilly cream and vanilla macaron, is enough for you to fully enjoy the original rich and sweet mango taste. Mango sauce and mango ice cream are also served, so you can add them to the bingsu depending on your preference. The “Mango Festival” and the “Apple Mango Bingsu” are available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The “Mango Festival” is priced starting from 18,000 won per glass, while the “Apple Mango Bingsu” is priced at 65,000 won (including tax).
