To Cooperate in Hydrogen Mobility Business in Korea

Doosan Fuel Cell said on April 28 that it has signed an MOU with Ballard Power Systems of Canada and HyAxiom of the United States for a strategic partnership for land-based hydrogen mobility business in Korea.

Ballard is a Canadian company that develops and manufactures polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). The company boasts world-class competitiveness, especially in the field of hydrogen mobility.

HyAxiom is a subsidiary of Doosan Corp. and has competitiveness in the phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) field.

At the signing ceremony held at HyAxiom headquarters in Connecticut of the United States, Doosan Fuel Cell, Ballard, and HyAxiom agreed to develop and mass-produce PEMFC systems for mobility, sell hydrogen buses and build hydrogen and electric charging stations.
