Mirae Asset's Park Hyeon Joo Foundation is holding an event called “The 13th Global Culture Experience” until Jan. 10. The foundation is visiting Shanghai in China with teenagers from community child centers to experience its local culture and history.

A total of 70 middle school students have been invited from 17 community child centers in the nation. They will visit Shanghai, which is transforming into a global financial city, Pudong, Yu Garden, and the Provisional Government of Korea.

Cho Hyun-wook, director of the social contribution team at Mirae Asset, said “This will be the good opportunity to discover the potential of growth as global talent.”

Meanwhile, Mirae Asset has offered various educational programs to nurture talent for the last 15 years, including scholarship projects for nearly 5,600 people, global experience programs for 11,000 people, and economic education programs for 85,000 people.
