Changing Hanoi's Sky

The Lotte Group is holding the opening ceremony for the 272 meter high Lotte Center Hanoi, its first multi-use skyscraper outside of Korea, on September 2, five years after groundbreaking.

The building has a site area of approximately 14,000 m2 and a total floor area of 253,000 m2. With five stories underground and 65 aboveground, the first high-tech intelligent multi-purpose building in Vietnam is going to house Lotte Mart on B1 and Lotte Department Store from 1F to 6F. Above that will be 258 offices and 318 serviced residences.

An observation deck and skywalk are installed on the top floor with the “Top of Hanoi,” the highest-altitude outdoor restaurant in Vietnam.

The building, resembling the country’s traditional dress of Ao Dai, is expected to become a new landmark of the country.
