Strengthening Presence in European Market
Doosan Infracore announced on Dec. 20 that it has won an order for 221 excavators from Beauloc, a large French construction machinery and equipment lease company.
Doosan Infracore will supply a total of 12 models, including 22-ton, 16-ton and 8-ton models. They will be used at various construction sites across France.
Beauloc is a company that leases more than 350 construction machines. The company purchased about 250 Doosan Infracore excavators in 2016, 2017, and 2019. Doosan Infracore could land the latest deal as Beauloc recognize the competitiveness of Doosan’s equipment in terms of performance, maintenance, and residual value.
"We secured the largest volume of 221 units in the bid for 300 units, beating global competitors," said an official at Doosan Infracore Europe (DIEU). "The deal will help us strengthen our position in the entire European market beyond France, the third-largest market in Europe."
Doosan Infracore launched the new wheel loader DL-7 series, which meets Europe's latest stage-V regulation, at the end of last year.
