The Latest Version Supports 15 Languages
Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) has released a new version of the i-ONE Bank Global mobile banking app for foreign customers.
The latest version supports 15 languages instead of four, including Indonesian, Filipino, Cambodian, Mongolian, Nepali, Uzbek, Thai and Vietnamese. In addition, the new version uses mobile personal authentication and every banking transaction is possible on the app simply with a six-digit password. It supports open banking and shows accounts in other banks, too.
The bank improved the app’s remittance and currency exchange functions as well. The overseas remittance service is now based on artificial intelligence and the fastest and most economical way of remittance is automatically sought once the destination and amount are input.
With the electronic wallet service of the app, ONE Wallet, currency exchange, remittance and withdrawal are possible anytime and anywhere. The app also includes ANYTIME Together, which is a joint remittance service providing a special exchange rate for remittance with an invited friend.
