National Pension Service to Become Major Shareholder of Samsung SDI

The National Pension Service (NPS) announced on July 22 that it has become a major shareholder of Samsung SDI with more than 10 percent equity.

The NPS currently has 7,349,794 shares (10.44 percent) of Samsung SDI.

The biggest shareholder of Samsung SDI is Samsung Electronics, with 20.38 percent.
