Korea Asked to Share Experience of Pandemic Response

The South Korean government announced on April 15 that it has published its COVID-19 response policies in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

The publication contains how South Korea has dealt with the coronavirus. For example, cases and data related to social distancing, walk-through testing, patient management, and so on are detailed in the publication along with South Korea’s innovative pandemic response technologies and techniques that have been praised by a large number of governments.

These days, international organizations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development as well as a lot of countries across the world are asking South Korea to share its experience of pandemic response based on advanced information and communications technology and artificial intelligence.
