A Budget Smartphone for LTE Service

Samsung Electronics took the wraps off its latest budget smartphone Galaxy A31 through Samsung Mobile Press on March 25. The company has yet to announce the date of release and the retail price of the new model.

The Galaxy A31 is dedicated to LTE service and features a fingerprint recognition function on a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. Thanks to its Infinity U display (1,080x2,400) and a 5,000 mAh battery, users can enjoy more immersive content such as video and game streaming. The Galaxy A31 is also loaded with a fingerprint scanner and Samsung Pay function.

Buyers can choose 4 GB or 6 GB RAMs and 64 GB or 128 GB storages. It supports micro SD card slots which can increase its storage capacity to up to 512 GB.

In addition, it is equipped with a quad (four) camera even though it is a budget model. Its front side has a 20 million pixel camera and its rear side a quad camera with a 48-million-pixel wide angle lens, an eight-million-pixel ultra wide angle lens, a five-million pixel depth camera and a five-million pixels macro lens. It supports 15W high-speed charging and comes in four colors — prism crush black, blue, red, and white.
