Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced that its free font launched in August has breached the 3 million download mark in just 3 months. The font is proving to be very popular with users with its average daily downloads reaching over 30,000.
Further, the font can be easily integrated to Cafe24’s AI-based online store content creation tool, "Edibot." Such added convenience contributed to the font’s increasing adoption.
Online stores are using Cafe24’s font in various content creation ranging from product description pages to sales event alerts. Children’s clothing brand Hello Boy CEO Le Hyun-ju said, “I am constantly using Cafe24’s font for creating my product detail pages.” She said, “The low cost and flexibility that comes with a free license is helpful when operating my business.”
Cafe24 introduced 16 different Korean and English fonts in August of this year to aid e-commerce businesses to easily create content for their stores. The company plans to continue launching new fonts to help online businesses gain an edge in content creation.
Cafe24 CEO Lee Jae-suk said, “Modern consumers tend to determine a brand’s value through quality content.” He added, “Cafe24 will continue to support online businesses on their journey to successful branding.”
