More Competitive than BMW i3s, Nissan Leaf e+
Germany's popular auto magazine Auto Zaitung has selected the Soul EV of Kia Motors as the most competitive model in a comparison of three small electric vehicles -- the Soul EV, the BMW i3s and the Nissan Leaf e+.
The Soul EV ranked first in four of the five categories -- bodywork, driving comfort, driving performance, power trains, and eco-friendliness and cost. It earned 2,989 points out of 5000, outperforming competitors by about 100 points.
The new Soul EV is considered “the most modern and perfect electric car,” which is impressive in terms of not only interior space and driving comfort but power part that provides a sufficient cruising range, Auto Zaitung said.
