Using Italy as Base for Penetrating European Market
LS Industrial Systems (LSIS) announced on May 29 that it would present total solutions for automation and power generation at the 9th Parma International Automation Systems Expo (SPS IPC Drives Italy 2019), which opened on May 28 in Parma, Italy for a four-day run.
LSIS set up its booth under four themes including drive, automation, electric power, and power and integrated automation solutions. It displays G100 Drive, which will be released next month, and Metasol Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), which will be mass-produced in the near future.
In addition, it introduced automation products such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) and electric power products such as molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs).
The company said that its automation and power business units jointly participated in the exhibition to introduce solutions that can create synergies in the new and renewable energy field.
"We plan to utilize Italy as a strategic bridgehead to make a foray into the European power distribution and automation system market," an LS Industrial Systems official said.
