Kia Motors Selected as Most Recommended Car Brand in America

Kia Motors America (KMA) announced on December 5 (local time) that it was named as one of the most recommended brands of the year by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Michael Sprague, executive vice president of marketing and communications at KMA, said, “Our top position in word-of-mouth recommendation rankings of auto brands in the US is attributable to positive customer experiences and our brand image.”

The BCG selected 55 brands that respondents recommended the most in five diverse product categories by surveying more than 32,000 consumers in France, Germany, Spain, the UK, and the US. 

BCG partner Pedro Esquivias pointed out, “The Brand Advocacy Index shines a spotlight on the brands that consumers recommended the most to their friends, family, and coworkers.”
