Hospital Info System Export
Bundang Seoul National University Hospital and its consortium partner ezCaretech announced on July 9 that they have started to operate a hospital information system they have provided to Reno Psychiatric Hospital in Nevada, USA.
The consortium has developed “BestCare 2.0B,” a hospital information system designed for psychiatric hospitals in North America. The two partners installed the system at Reno Psychiatric Hospital last month.
The Bundang Hospital and ezCaretech consortium signed an agreement with Aurora Hospital Group of USA to provide and establish the hospital information system at its 14 subsidiary hospitals.
The hospital information system is a program that can cover both hospital administration information and the management of medical history of patients.
Last month BestCare 2.0B passed the 3-step standard certification of “ONC-HIT” (Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology), the standard of American medical information technology.
