According to US tech media website CNET on December 2 (local time), Microsoft has developed a technology that can identify a woman’s state of mind.

Microsoft’s researchers, who have focused on understanding female psychology, turned their attention to the measurement of women’s heart rates. They created a smart bra, since a brassiere is the best tool for that type of measurement.

Women’s current state of mind can be identified by attaching special sensors to a smart bra and connecting them to a smartphone app for psychological analysis.

The research team thinks that the development of the new technology will help control overeating, which is easily triggered by mood swings arising from stress. With the wearable tech trend intensifying as it moves to underwear, the scope of wearable computers is likely to be expanded further.
