Latest in 'Dark Avenger' Series
Nexon Korea announced on June 21 a global release of “Darkness Rises,” a mobile action role playing game (RPG) developed by Boolean Games.
Darkness Rises was released for domestic service last July under the name of "Dark Avenger 3." It is the latest in the Dark Avenger series, which recorded cumulative downloads of 35 million. It features immersive stories and specified customizing on mobile.
It exceeded 1 million cumulative downloads in five days after starting domestic service, and it was ranked within top three in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store immediately after launch.
Darkness Rises is available in the iOS and Android versions around the world except Korea, China and Japan. The supported languages are 13 including Korean, English, Chinese (Traditional), German, and Thai.
The global booking of Darkness Rises has attracted one million overseas users.
