Korea Ginseng Corporation’s health and lifestyle cafe 'Sapoon Sapoon' café will launch a special menu that utilizes the spatial characteristics of the airport in addition to signature menu ‘Gingseng-chino.’

Korea Ginseng Corporation will open health and lifestyle cafe 'Sapoon Sapoon' in line with the opening of Terminal 2 (T2) of Incheon International Airport on January 18.

66-square-meter Sapoon Sapoon is located by Gate 234 on the west side of the departure on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2 of the Incheon International Airport (Duty Free Shopping Zone). The cafe is open space which offers a sense of openness to visitors so visitors can watch airplanes coming to and going from an airplane moorage next to the cafe.

While the Daechi Branch of Sapoon Sapoon in Seoul expresses a downtown oasis with an interior with a motive from nature and a ginseng farming field, the T2 Branch in Incheon International Airport expanded the café’s image as an oasis in the airport.

In addition to popular ground coffee and signature menu "Gingseng-chino" based on premium coffee beans and 6-year-old red ginseng roots, the café will launch a special menu that utilizes the spatial characteristics of the airport.

To celebrate the opening of the second terminal of Incheon International Airport, the new café added new coffee beans (Lady Wind and Mr. Earth) and a travel kit with two drip bags which allow customers to enjoy premium coffee on board and abroad. On top of that, cold brew products are sold in sealed cans after they are extracted and sealed immediately in the cafe for easy portability for departure and flight.

Furthermore, a variety of menus were developed using Cheong Kwan Jang red ginseng to let not only Koreans but foreigners enjoy Korean red ginsengs, a representative product of Korea in various and easy ways.

"We expect that more people from all over the world will fly into Korea thanks to the opening of Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport," said Lee Jong-rim, marketing manager of Korea Ginseng Corporation. "We hope that people from around the world will be able to experience more Korean red ginseng in more various manners at café Sapoon Sapoon."
